Yearly we almost send 100,000 customers for experiences all over Scandinavia.
Together with you, as the host, we have a common ambition to give all customers an unforgettable experience.
It all starts with the buying/booking process and culminates with you hosting the experience.
In order for us to be able to deliver Scandinavia’s best experience, both before, during, and after the purchase, it requires a lot from Truestory but also from you as the host of the experience.
We are faced daily with questions and problems that need to be solved quickly and efficiently.

Answers to questions for the Partner site
If you have forgotten your login to the partner site, you can write to us at [email protected] and we will send it to you again.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the customer's ticket is valid. You can always log in to the partner site and validate the ticket before the day of the customer's experience. However, you must only redeem the ticket when the customer arrives for the experience.
All you have to do is log in to the partner page with your unique login right here. Once you have logged in, you can press "redeem ticket" in the menu bar on the left. If you have received one booking code, you can press "ticket holds one code" after which the two fields become a field where you can enter the booking code.
Answers to questions for the Booking system
If you have forgotten your login to the booking system, you can via the link here, reset your password. Choose "forgot password" and you will receive an email where you just have to follow the instructions and reset your password
You can easily and quickly download a list of participants in PDF format in our booking system. Follow these steps and you will have a full overview of who is participating in your upcoming event.
- Log in to the booking system here.
- Select the event you want a participant list of.
- Click on "Download" in the right corner and select PDF.
- Wait while the PDF is generated.
We have made a page here with short video guides for all features of the booking system. Here you can see how to create new dates, cancel an event, move a booking, downgrade an event, etc.
If you choose to cancel due to too few registered, errors in planning, or something like that, the cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, we would like alternative booking dates to be available to customers.
Reviews for your experience require that there have been customers on the experience. Regardless of the number of participants, we therefore always recommend that you hold the experience. If you want to cancel the experience, you must do so no later than 5 days before.
Truestory booking can right now be integrated with Checkfront and EasyTableBooking. We are constantly developing our systems and thus we are also continuously expanding which systems we can integrate with. Write to us at [email protected] if you would like to hear more.
Answers to general questions
At TrueStory, we think a lot about sustainability. We think about how we can make our company as sustainable as possible, from a financial point of view, and we think about how we can optimize our supply chain and processes towards being as sustainable in terms of climate as possible. In relation to the climate, we believe that digital systems and processes can create a lot of value for our customers, our partners and ourselves and at the same time protect the environment. For that reason, our only physical product / output is our gift box. A gift box as made from FSC-certified cardboard. We are also working on our next batch of the gift box being manufactured in Scandinavia in 2022, in order to avoid the environmental impact that is in the shipping of the boxes from countries further away.
Furthermore, it is our goal that the delivery of our gift box to the customer must be as sustainable as possible. This means that we in Denmark deliver with DAO, which delivers our gift boxes to customers on electric scooters without CO2 emissions
We would really like to hear from you if you have expanded your own range with a new experience that you also think fits to Truestory. Write to your contact person at Truestory or send an email to [email protected] Then we will take get back to you as soon as possible.
Our customers have a free right of exchange and return throughout the validity of the experience ticket. This means that a sale to your experience does not necessarily remain a sale to you if the customer chooses to exchange or refund. You can see the number of redeemed tickets on the partner site, which is the number of customers who have been on experience with you. If you would like insight into the number of experience tickets sold here and now, you can always write to us.
