How to create a single-day event<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This guide will show you how to add a new single-day event the booking system (the first video guide). Furthermore, you will also find instructions on configuring event repetition, and thereby eliminating the need for adding the same event multiple times (the second video guide).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  1. Click Add Event<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Select the experience you want to add an event for<\/li>
  3. Check that you have chosen the correct languages spoken<\/strong> before clicking Continue<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Select the date for when the first event will take place and click Continue<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Note the start and ending time under When the event is starting and ending?<\/strong><\/li>
  6. Write how many people can participate under Event Slots<\/strong><\/li>
  7. For a one-time event with no additional dates click No<\/strong><\/li>
  8. Double-check the filled information and click Save Event<\/strong><\/li>
  9. Review information and click Confirm<\/strong><\/li>

    9. Under Repetition<\/strong> click custom<\/strong> to add separate dates for the event<\/li>
    10. Select additional dates<\/strong> for the event in the calendar that is now showing. (Do not reselect the date you already selected earlier, but instead, select the first following date)<\/em>. Click Save Event<\/strong> after selecting.<\/li>
    11. Review information and click Confirm<\/strong><\/li>
