The QR code method is a convenient and efficient way for you to redeem a guest’s booking code. This approach facilitates a seamless and quick check-in process. Upon arrival at the experience, guests will present a QR code, which you can scan using any device equipped with a camera, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

How does the QR code work?
You can scan the QR code in three ways:

Access the page here r.truestory.com on either mobile, tablet, or computer, enter your PIN code, and start scanning
Open your camera on your phone, tablet, or computer, scan the QR code, and you’ll be directed to the above URL, where you enter your 4-digit PIN code and can now start scanning (This method is used in the video)
If your camera on the phone or computer can’t scan a QR code using your camera, you can easily and quickly download an app for the purpose. For Android, you can download this app, and for iOS, you can download this app.

How do I get started with the QR code?
