How to verify booking code to see validity

When customers request to book a date, they also attach their booking code. When you have agreed on a date with the customer, it’s important that you verify the booking code, so you know what it’s valid for and most important if it’s valid. This guide will show you how to.

Select “Redeem tickets” in the menu on the left
Enter the booking code you noted down from the customer
Press “Verify / View Details” to see details and, for example, which variant has been purchased (high season/low season, with/without drink package and similar).
