Get an overview of all redeemed experience tickets and associated payment slips

This guide will show you how and where you can get an overview over all redeemed experienced tickets / bookings. It also shows where and how to find the associated payment documents.

Go to Tickets in the menu on the left
The overview shows the order number, date of redemption, amount, commission in kr and percentage, and whether it is ready for payout/which payment slip it is on. (The list shows all the most recently redeemed experience tickets, click Load more to see older tickets)
If the Payout column has #xxxx, the ticket is included on the indicated payment slip. If the columns says “Ready”, it will be included in the next payout.
Click on a ticket to view more detailed information about the specific ticket (booking code etc.)
The ticket’s Invoice ID can be used to identify the ticket in Payouts
1. Go to Payouts
2. Redeemed tickets will now be displayed as Payout IDs with associated payment slips
