How and when do I receive the payout?

This guide will illustrate how you can figure out, what bookings that will be on the next payout document.

How and when do I receive payouts?
The money is transferred to your account once per month, cf. the cooperation agreement. You receive the money for the previous month’s redeemed experience tickets.

Going to redeemed orders in the menu, you can see a list of all redeemed booking codes
If the status is Redeemed in the status column, it means that the ticket will be included in the next payout
If the status is Paid in the status column, it refers to a specific payment slip with a payout ID, #xxxx, which can be seen under Payout ID column, and the money has already been paid out
Go to Payout slips in the menu, to view all payment slips, which can be downloaded
