How to view all redeemed bookings and associated payment slips

This guide will show you how and where you can get an overview over all redeemed bookings. It also shows where and how to find the associated payment documents.

Go to Redeemed orders in the menu on the left
The overview shows the Order-ID, Booking code, date of redemption, slots on the booking, payout amount, Payout ID and Status. (The list shows all the most recently redeemed experience tickets, click Load more to see older bookings)
If the Payout ID column has #xxxx, the booking is included on the indicated payput slip. If the column says “-”, it will be included in the next payout according to the collaboration agreement
Click on a specific booking to view more detailed information about the specific booking
The Payout ID connected to the booking can be used to identify, which Payout slip the booking is attached
If you want to find the associated payout slips you can click on payout slips in the menubar to the left
