How to verify & redeem a booking code from a guest

This guide will show you how you manually verify & redeem a booking code, when customers arrive for the experience.

  1. Go to Redeem orders in the menu on the left
  2. Enter the booking code
  3. Click View details to see information about which experience the guest wants to book
  4. You will now be able to see the details for the specific booking code
  5. Wait to redeem the booking code until the day that the guests arrives for the experience
  6. If the guest already has been at the experience, you can click Redeem after closing the pop-up
  7. After redemption, the Booking Code will appear in the table below
  8. All tickets with the status Redeemed will be included in the next payout. If the status is Paid, it refers to a specific payment slip with a payout ID, #xxxx, which can be seen under the Payout ID column, and the money has already been paid

Has the guest sent you TS-xxxxxx? It is the order number itself, and not something you can use to redeem. Send us the TS number to [email protected] and we will send you the booking code to be redeemed.
