How to redeem a booking code from a guest

This guide will show you how you manually redeem a booking code, when customers arrives for the experience.

Go to Redeem ticket in the menu on the left
Enter the customer’s booking code
Click Verify/View details to access information about the code’s validity
You will now be able to see the details for the provided booking code. To redeem additional tickets, click ‘+’
After closing the pop-up, click Redeem
The ticket has now been redeemed. Go to Tickets to view all redeemed tickets.
****All tickets with the status Redeemed and Ready will be included in the next payment.

Have the customer sent you TS-xxxxxx? It is the order number itself, and not something you can use to redeem. Send us the TS number to [email protected] and we will send you the booking code to be redeemed.
