How to adjust the number of slots for an existing event
This guide will show how you can easily adjust the number of slots for a particular event. This is useful if you offer events through different systems and need to either add more slots to Truestory or remove slots due to bookings from another system.
- Go to Events in the menu to the left to get an overview of all created events
- Click the pen icon next to the title of the experience you wish to adjust. This icon will appear under the column Experiences when you hover your mouse over a specific event.
- Click on step 3 Availability
- Adjust the number of slots for the event under Event Slots
- Click Save Event
- Review and Confirm adjustments
- The new number of slots for the event is now adjusted and will show in your event overview.
