How to view the waiting list for an event

If you want to see how many potential customers that have signed up on the waiting list for one of your experiences, you can follow this guide, to see where to find it in the booking system.

The waiting list shows a list of customers who have signed up waiting for new dates for your experience

Go to Experiences in the left menu to get an overview of the experiences that are currently live or have been live on Truestory.
Hover your mouse over the experience whose waiting list you want to access and click the purple clock icon next to the title of the experience.
You can now see an overview of the emails that have signed up to the waiting list for this experience
You have the option to add more emails at the bottom of the page if there are customers who have contacted you directly to be added to the waiting list.
As soon as new events are created, ALL customers on the waiting list will receive an email notifying them that there are new events available for booking. Additionally, their email addresses will be removed from the list when the new dates are created.
